病险水库安全诊断与除险加固新技术

摘要: 结合典型病险水库大坝安全诊断和除险加固技术方案的工程实践,研发出深水声像复合查漏、粗粒料取样与钻孔可视化、大坝安全智能评价与管理一体化等安全诊断技术。针对不同的水库病害提出了大流量渗漏通道堵漏、堆石坝变形控制、沥青混凝土心墙坝防渗体重构、面板堆石坝垫层超深斜孔灌浆加密等一系列新技术。工程应用实践表明,所提出的病险水库安全诊断与除险加固技术具有很强的针对性,而且有效、安全、可靠,可供类似病险水库除险加固借鉴。

Abstract:

Combining with practices of danger inspection and reinforcement of typical dangerous reservoirs, we have developed several danger inspection technologies such as sound-image integrated seepage inspection in deep water, sampling of coarse material and drilling visualization, integrated and intelligent system of evaluation and management for dam safety. Aiming at various dangers of different types of dams, a series of new reinforcement measures were put forward, including blocking for seepage passage with large flow, deformation control of rock-fill dam, reconstruction of anti-seepage body for asphalt concrete core wall dam, grouting consolidation for cushion layer of CFRD by extra-deep inclined holes. The engineering practices proved that the technologies of dangers inspection and reinforcement measures are well-directed and effective, safe and reliable.
