摘要: 对于三峡工程单机容量为700 MW的水轮发电机组,其苛刻的运行条件居同类型机组之最,这就给机组的安全稳定运行造成了很大的困难。对涉及机组安全稳定运行的相关因素、性能参数优配、运行稳定措施以及采用新技术等方面,首次开展了全面系统的设计研究,将研究取得的丰硕成果应用在三峡工程机组的设计、制造、电厂运行中,解决了高部分负荷区水力脉动过大、运行水头变幅过大的巨型混流式水轮发电机组安全稳定运行的世界难题。

Abstract:

The operation condition of 700MW hydrogenerators of Three Gorges Project is the most difficult among the same kinds of units, which brings great challenge to its stable operation. Aiming at the design of the units, we had carried out a series of systematic researches, including relative parameters to the safe and stable operation, optimal match of performance parameters, stable operation measures as well as application of new technologies. The research results had been applied in the design, manufacture of unit and operation of plant, and a series of problems of giant hydrogenerator had been solved such as excessive hydraulic pulsation at high load area, safe and stable operation under large fluctuation of water head.
