Application of butterfly-spring thrust bearing in Qingcaosha Intake Pumping Station of Shanghai

摘要: 蝶形弹簧推力轴承采用了圆形推力瓦、间隙微调装置、高位绝缘装置等设计,在安装、维修等方面要优于传统轴承,是一种较先进的支承形式。蝶形弹簧推力轴承在上海青草沙取水泵站机组上的应用,既结合了泵站自身受潮汐影响的特点,又很好地解决了目前最常用的刚性抗重螺丝支承推力轴承存在的缺陷。实际运行效果表明,该型轴承具有较好的均载性和抗冲击性,而且其吸震性能也很好,运行的安全可靠性高,适合在大中型立式水泵机组中采用和推广。

Abstract:

As a more advanced bearing form, butterfly-spring thrust bearing adopts the design of circular pads, clearance adjustment device and insulation at high elevation, which is superior to the traditional bearing in installation and maintenance. The application of the thrust bearing with butterfly -spring supported circular pads in Qingcaosha Intake Pumping Station of Shanghai takes into consideration of the tidal effects on the station as well as overcomes the defect of the thrust bearing supported by rigid weight-resistant screw. In operation, the thrust bearing with butterfly -spring has better load balancing, anti-impact and shock-absorbing properties, and its safe and reliable operation makes it applicable to large and medium vertical pumping units.
