电站超长输水系统筒形阀动水关闭特性研究

摘要: 具有超长输水系统的水电站机组在发生飞逸时,受机组前设置的调压室涌浪影响,机组的过渡过程时间较长,而且在该过程中产生的最高瞬态转速可能会超过机组的最大飞逸转速。依据原始流量率定后的筒形阀流量系数,就筒形阀不同关闭规律对机组瞬态转速以及蜗壳水锤压力等指标的影响展开了研究。该研究成果可为长输水系统机组飞逸工况及筒形阀关闭规律研究提供参考。

Abstract: Influenced by the surge in chamber in front of the units of extra-long water conveyance system of hydropower station, the largest transient speed of the unit in runaway is higher than the maximum speed of the unit in steady runaway state, and the transient time is long. Under different shut-down process, the influence on the water hammer and maximum transient speed of unit is researched by adopting the flow coefficient of ring valve calibrated by original flow. The research can provide reference for study of runaway case in the extra-long water conveyance system and the shut-down process of ring valve.
