摘要: 在锦屏一级水电站建设过程中,由于骨料加工原料砂岩的各向异性,粗骨料成品粒型较差,多为长条型或针片状,且由于长胶带机长距离运输、转运跌落等原因,骨料损耗远大于合同约定的损耗率,导致在拌和系统骨料核销时承包人对损耗率提出争议。为妥善处理骨料超耗问题,监理机构以合同为依据,结合实际情况,组织各方对实际损耗进行测算,得到了粗骨料的实际损耗情况,并据此提出了业主、承包人均可接受的损耗率,较好地处理了粗骨料核销问题。

Abstract: In the construction process of Jinping I Hydropower Station, due to the sandstone anisotropy of raw materials, the shape of the produced aggregate is poor and most aggregate is in the shape of strip or pin. Moreover, as a result of long distance transport by belt machine and loss in transshipment, the aggregate loss was far over the loos rate stipulated in the contract, which led to the argument from the contractor against the loss rate in aggregate verification. To well deal with the problem, adhering to the contract and the practical condition, the supervision department organized the related departments to measure and calculate the loss rate and obtained the real result. According to the calculated result, the supervision center put forward the loss rate both acceptable to the owner and contractor.
