摘要: 为解决西藏高海拔地区碾压式沥青混凝土心墙施工缺乏混凝土系统设计及运行经验的问题,结合西藏高海拔地区的气候及地质特点,以西藏旁多水利枢纽大坝沥青混凝土系统为例,从碱骨料加工系统和沥青混凝土拌和系统两个方面对系统工艺流程设计、主要设备选择及系统运行进行了详细介绍。针对碱骨料加工系统运行过程中出现的大量粉尘、风选系统使用效果不好、骨料含水量大等问题,提出了解决方法及措施;针对沥青混凝土拌和系统易出现的称量精度不高、管路出现碳化堵塞、骨料级配不匹配等问题,也给出了相关解决方法和控制措施,提出以二次筛分结果作为沥青混凝土骨料质量控制依据和适当放宽骨料超逊径控制指标的观点。研究成果可为碾压式沥青混凝土心墙在西藏高海拔地区的应用提供可供借鉴的经验。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of lack of concrete system design and operation experience in the construction of roller compacted asphalt concrete core wall in high altitude area of Tibet,combined with the climate and geological characteristics of Tibet,taking the asphalt concrete system of Pangduo Hydropower Project dam as an example,we introduce the process design,main equipment selection and system operation of the system in detail from two aspects of alkali aggregate processing and asphalt concrete mixing.In the alkali aggregate processing system,aiming at a large amount of dust,poor effect of the air separation system,and large moisture content of the aggregate,we put forward solutions and measures accordingly.Aiming at the problems of low weighing accuracy,carbonization blockage in pipeline and mismatch of aggregate gradation in asphalt concrete mixing system,relevant solutions and control measures were also given.A viewpoint was put forward that the results of secondary screening should be used as the basis for the quality control of asphalt concrete aggregate and the control index of aggregate super diameter should be appropriately relaxed.The research results can provide reference for the application of roller compacted asphalt concrete core wall in high altitude areas of Tibet.
