低比转速高效贯流泵模型优化设计与试验研究

摘要: 为深入研究后置灯泡贯流泵装置的性能,采用CFD数值模拟技术,对贯流泵叶轮和导叶体进行了优化设计,对叶片翼型、个数、厚度,导叶片的数量,距转轮出口距离对水泵性能的影响等进行了分析,且在分析过程中突破了传统贯流泵的运行范围,从而得到了低比转速高效贯流泵的水力模型。该模型的设计流量为0.344 m3/s,扬程为8.22 m,比转速为630,装置效率最高为83.45%。对得到的水力模型进行了模型试验验证,验证结果表明,数值模拟和模型试验性能曲线的变化规律一致,两者结果较为吻合。研究成果可为今后低比转速高扬程贯流式泵站工程的规划设计提供选型参考。

Abstract: To further study the performance of postpositional bulb tubular pumps, tubular pump impeller and guide vane were designed by CFD numerical simulation technology and the influence of the blade airfoil, the number, the thickness and the number of the guide vane, the distance of the guide vane to runner outlet on pump performance were analyzed. In the analysis, operation range of traditional tubular pump was extended and the low-speed and high-efficiency tubular pump model was obtained. The designed flow is 0.344m3/s, the head is 8.22 m, the specific speed is 630, and the highest efficiency is 83.45%. The model was tested and results showed that the performance curves of numerical simulation and model test were consistent, and the two results were in good agreement. The results of this study can provide a reference for the planning and design of the project of low specific speed and high lift pump station.
