Abstract: This paper introduced the traditional construction mode and the EPC general contracting mode of resettlement project based on difficulty in construction period control for hydropower resettlement project. Taking the BM resettlement site project of Baihetan Hydropower Station as an example, we put forward several optimization measures for its construction period under the EPC general contracting mode. The results showed that the linear construction period of the project can be shortened after the implementation of the measures, and the completion time of the immigration housing project could meet the requirement of the power station. The results provide a reference for the EPC general contracting mode in the construction of hydropower immigration project.
