摘要: 对于输水隧道运行状况的检测,传统方法常采用放空检查的模式,对工程效益及结构安全均存在一定影响。以雅砻江锦屏二级水电站引水隧洞在水检测需求为背景,开展了有缆遥控潜水器(ROV)水下检测技术研究及应用。采用实时三维成像声呐扫描普查和光学摄像局部详查相结合的方法,以及惯性导航系统水下定位技术,克服了复杂工程边界条件限制,完成了大直径、长引水隧洞表观全覆盖、高精度水下综合检测。引水隧洞水下全覆盖检测长度首次超过2 km,实现了工程健康检查安全、高效、准确的目标,相关经验可供类似工程借鉴。

Abstract: For the inspection on running condition of water conveyance tunnel, the traditional method is emptying inspection, which will affect the structural safety and project benefit of the tunnels. Taking the water-carrying inspection of the diversion tunnel of JinpingⅡHydropower Station in Yalong River as an example, the research and application of underwater detection technology of ROV were carried out. With the combination of real-time 3 D imaging sonar scanning survey and optical camera local detailed survey, and inertial navigation system underwater positioning technology, the limitation of complex boundary conditions were overcame, and the apparent full coverage and high precision underwater comprehensive detection of large diameter and long diversion tunnel were completed. The length of underwater full coverage detection of diversion tunnel is more than 2 kilometers for the first time, and the goal of safety, efficiency and accuracy of engineering health inspection has been achieved, and the relevant experience can be used for reference in similar projects.
