平原区城市典型区域内涝问题研究——以湖南省华容县为例

摘要: 随着我国城市化进程不断加速,城市内涝问题也逐渐突显。为此,对湖南省城市内涝的情况进行了调查,同时初步分析了内涝形成的原因;并采用MIKE FLOOD建立了城市排涝耦合模型。在此基础上,选择平原区的华容县河西片作为典型区域,进行了排涝模拟计算。结果表明:(1)华容县排水管网排涝能力不足;部分设置不合理,致使管道过水能力有限。(2)实验小学和老烟草局两处易形成内涝,且涝水在24 h内无法排除。(3) 61%的管道最大充满度在2~4之间,容易出现满负荷的状态,对管道的寿命有较大影响。(4)依靠现有的麻浬泗泵站进行排水,能保证护城港不受洪涝威胁;同时通过扩大田家湖的调蓄容积,可以提高研究区域的排水能力。根据分析结果,提出了城市排涝工程建设、管理等方面的建议及措施。

Abstract: With the acceleration of the urbanization process,urban waterlogging problems are becoming more and more serious in China.In order to mitigate the urban waterlogging problems,we investigated the current waterlogging problems in Hunan Province and analyzed the causes.We constructed coupling model of urban waterlogging by MIKE FLOOD to simulate waterlogging in Hexi area of Huarong County in the typical plain area.The results showed that:(1) Drainage capacity of pipe network was inadequate as a result of some unreasonable pipeline layout in Huarong County.(2) It was impossible to drain rainwater within 24 hours at The Experimental Primary School and the Old Tobacco Bureau,so they were prone to waterlogging.(3)The maximum depth ratio of 61% pipelines was between 2 and 4,which was prone to full load and had a bad effect on service life of pipelines.(4)The Hucheng port could avoid waterlogging through drainage of the Malisi pumping station.Besides,increasing regulation and storage area of Tianjia Lake could improve drainage capacity in the study area.According to results,some suggestions on construction and management of urban drainage engineering are put forward.
