2020年长江上游控制性水文站洪水重现期分析

摘要: 2020年8月,在副热带高压西进、冷高压中心向四川盆地和西南山地边缘移动和西南涡的共同作用下,长江上游嘉陵江、岷江等流域发生极端性强降水,干支流洪水恶劣遭遇,三峡水库发生建库以来最大的入库洪水。通过分析2020年长江上游干支流控制性水文站和相关工程的调度运行资料,还原了控制性水文站天然来水过程。研究了上游控制性水库的调蓄作用、干支流洪水遭遇特征以及控制性水文站洪峰流量和不同时段洪量,并结合历史洪水资料,确定了洪水重现期。研究表明:2020年的长江上游水库群联合调度较好地实现了防洪目标,对下游产生了较大的削峰减量效果,显著减轻了上游干支流及中下游的防洪压力。

Abstract: In August 2020, under the combined effects of the westward movement of the subtropical high pressure, the movement of the cold high pressure center to the edge of the Sichuan Basin and the southwest mountainous region, and southwest vortex, extreme heavy rainfall occurred in Jialing River basin and Minjiang River basin. Serious floods encountered in the main streams and tributaries of the Yangtze River, and the biggest inflow flood also occurred in the Three Gorges Reservoir since its establishment. Based on the operation data of the controlled hydrological stations and hydropower projects in the main streams and tributaries of the Yangtze River, the representative hydrological natural inflow process was restored. The regulation and storage function of the upstream controlled reservoirs, the flood encounter characteristics of the main and tributaries, the flood peak discharge and the flood volume in different periods of the representative hydrological stations in 2020 were analyzed, and the flood return periods were also determined by combining historical flood data, so as to better serve for the flood control and the reservoir operation on the main streams and tributaries of the Yangtze River.
