双隧洞盾构开挖过程中卵砾石层变形离散元分析

摘要: 随着地铁盾构施工的发展,研究隧洞开挖对卵砾石地层变形的影响尤为重要。采用离散元方法研究了隧洞开挖及盾尾空隙造成的卵石地层变形特征,对比分析了单隧洞与双隧洞开挖对地层变形的影响。研究结果表明:卵砾石地层的地表变形可分为初始变形阶段、加速沉降阶段与沉降完成阶段;隧洞轴线上地表的沉降变形最大,随着水平距离的增加与埋深的减小,地层变形逐渐变小;在双洞开挖过程中,由于左洞的先行开挖,右洞开挖造成的场地变形影响范围增加;隧洞间距的增加会导致地表沉降与有效影响范围的增加;隧道开挖导致盾壳外壁顶部颗粒发生快速沉降,颗粒运动的滞后效应导致初始变形阶段隧洞上方颗粒接触力减小,孔隙率增加,随着滞后效应的消散,颗粒接触力增加,孔隙率减小。

Abstract: With the development of subway shield construction, it is significant to study the influence of tunnels excavation on deformation of gravel stratum.The deformation characteristics of gravel stratum caused by tunnels excavation and shield tail gap are studied by using discrete element method, and influences of single tunnel and twin tunnels excavation on the stratum deformation are compared and analyzed.The results show that the surface deformation of gravel stratum can be divided into three stages: initial deformation stage, accelerated settlement stage and the settlement completed stage.The surface settlement deformation on the central axis of the tunnel is the largest.With the increase of the horizontal distance and the decrease of buried depth, the stratum deformation reduces gradually.In the twin tunnels excavation, due to the prior excavation of the left tunnel, the influence scope of the stratum deformation caused by the right tunnel excavation increases.The surface settlement and the effective influence scope both increase with the increase of twin tunnel space.The tunnel excavation results in the rapid settlement of particles on the top of the outer wall of the shield shell, and the hysteresis effect of the particle movement leads to a reduction in the particle contact force and an increase of porosity above the tunnel during the initial deformation stage.As the hysteresis effect dissipates, the particle contact force increases and the porosity decreases.
