摘要: 为优化集对分析方法的应用,针对传统层次分析法与熵值法等常规赋权方法的不足,进行了赋权方法的整合及改进,构建了基于改进组合赋权的区域水环境承载力集对分析模型,并将其应用于四川省水环境承载力研究。结果表明:四川省2016年水环境承载力状况呈“临界承载”,自贡、泸州、德阳、内江、南充五市的水环境承载力状况表现为“弱承载”或“较弱承载”,在所有评价市(州)中表现最差;从区域角度来看,川南地区水环境承载力表现最差,成都平原次之,攀西地区和川东北地区相对较好。

Abstract: In order to optimize the application of the set pair analysis method, this paper improves the conventional weighting methods, such as traditional analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and entropy method, and constructs a set pair analysis model of regional water environment carrying capacity based on improved combination weighting, and applies it to the study of water environment carrying capacity in Sichuan Province.The results show that the water environment carrying capacity of Sichuan Province in 2016 is “critical bearing capacity ”,and Zigong, Luzhou, Deyang, Neijiang and Nanchong City are “weaker carrying capacity” or “ the weakest carrying capacity ”,which is the worst in all evaluated cities(prefectures).From a regional perspective, the water environment carrying capacity in southern Sichuan is the worst, followed by Chengdu plain, and Panxi area and Northeast Sichuan are relatively good.
