长三角中心区生态环境质量评价与空间格局分析

Eco-environmental quality evaluation and spatial distribution patterns analysis on central area of Yangtze River Delta

摘要: 以长三角中心区27个城市为研究实例,构建3个层次、20个指标的生态环境质量评价模型,运用熵值法与变异系数法组合赋权的综合指数法来测度生态环境质量综合指数。同时运用空间自相关来分析长三角中心区城市生态环境质量变动态势和空间分布格局。结果表明:(1)多阶段以来,生态环境质量准则层权重表现为“三升一降”的趋势,且权重差距逐渐减小,体现了经济、社会、环境协调发展的态势。(2)“十三五”以来,从市域上看,宣城市、台州市、南通市的生态环境质量较好,芜湖市、马鞍山市的生态环境质量较差;从省市域上看,上海市的生态环境质量较好,安徽省的生态环境质量较差。(3)研究区的生态环境质量呈现为显著的高-高或低-低集聚,研究期间Moran’s I呈现下降的趋势,显示出应加强生态环境质量空间的协调性。针对分析评价结果提出了相应的对策及建议,研究成果可为长三角中心区域的生态绿色一体化发展进程提供理论支撑。

Abstract: Taking the 27 cities in the central area of the Yangtze River Delta for example, three levels and 20 indicators of ecological environment quality evaluation model were constructed to measure eco-environmental quality comprehensive index by using comprehensive index method based on a combined weights of entropy method and variation coefficient method.At the same time, spatial autocorrelation is used to analyze the dynamic trends and spatial distribution patterns of urban ecological environment quality in the central area of the Yangtze River Delta.The results are as follows:(1) The weight of the criterion layer shows a trend of “three rises and one drop” in multiple stages, and the gap of weight has gradually decreased, reflecting the coordinated development of the economy, society and environment.(2)Since “the 13th Five-Year Plan”,the ecological environment quality of the Xuancheng City, Taizhou City, and Nantong City are good, while that of the Wuhu City and Ma'anshan City are poor.From the perspective of provinces and municipalities, the ecological environment quality in Shanghai is relatively good, while the ecological environment in Anhui Province is relatively poor.(3) The eco-environmental quality in the study area shows a markedly high-high or low-low agglomeration, and the Moran's I shows a declined trend during the study period, indicating that the spatial coordination of the eco-environmental quality has been strengthened gradually.The article puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the problems revealed in the quantitative evaluation, and provides theoretical support for the development process of ecological green integration in the Yangtze River Delta.
