摘要: 为解决水工建筑物大体积混凝土中常出现的温度裂缝问题,考虑在混凝土中掺入超高强改性聚酯合成纤维和超细晶陶瓷复合材料(FC材料)。依托鄂州市花马湖二站大型排涝泵站工程,通过现场试验研究了FC材料的适宜掺量及具体施工工艺。研究结果表明:每立方米混凝土中掺入1.2 kg FC材料为宜,采用FC材料掺入粗骨料后投入拌和楼并连续机械搅拌70 s的拌和工艺可使FC材料分散均匀,未出现缠绕并丝现象;在浇筑过程中控制浇筑分层厚度在40 cm以内,按“分层浇筑、分层振捣、阶梯推进”的浇筑施工方法,可解决大体积混凝土易开裂的问题,不仅提高了混凝土抗裂性能,还延长了工程的使用寿命。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of temperature cracks in mass concrete of hydraulic structures,it is considered to add ultra-high strength modified polyester synthetic fiber and ultrafine grain ceramic composite( FC material ) into concrete.Based on the large-scale drainage pumping station project of Huama Lake No.2 Station in Ezhou City,the suitable dosage and specific construction technology of FC material were studied through field test.The test results showed that it was appropriate to add 1.2 kg FC material into every cubic meter of concrete.After adding FC material into coarse aggregate,it should be put into the mixing plant and continuously mechanically stirred for 70 s.This mixing process made FC material disperse evenly and avoided winding.In the pouring process,the pouring layer thickness was controlled within 40 cm,and the pouring construction method of layered pouring,layered vibration and step propulsion could solve the problem of easy cracking of mass concrete,which not only improved the crack resistance of concrete,but also prolonged the service life of the project.
