Abstract:

According to the situation of control and management of the construction risk in Jingzhou reach of Water Transfer Project from Yangtze River to Hanjiang River, first phase of Middle Route Project of South to North Water Diversion Project, the types and recognition of the construction risk, the principle for analyzing the construction risk and determining its grade, main measures of controlling and managing the construction risk are introduced. The possible construction risk in the construction site is evaluated. It is concluded that the risk is medium or slight, which still needs to be paid attention to as well.
