摘要: 在N-J水电工程中应用TBM掘进时,其撑靴夹紧油缸发生故障。在分析TBM撑靴的结构组成和工作原理的基础上,对撑靴进行拆除检查,发现故障主要是撑靴出现较大角度偏转,夹紧油缸直接压向缸筒底部导致缸座内螺纹被压所致。而现场库存夹紧油缸配件不足,要想不影响整个工程的工期,只能采用非常规方式进行修复。介绍了在特殊情况下少于正常数量的夹紧油缸布置方法,后期掘进效果表明,只要夹紧油缸布置合理,依旧能满足撑靴的角度调整需要,相关经验可供类似工程施工设备修复工作借鉴。

Abstract:
In tunnel excavation of Neelum-Jhelum Hydroelectric Project by TBM, the clamp cylinder of TBM bracket boots was damaged. On the basis of analyzing the structural composition and working principle of TBM bracket boots, the bracket boot boots was disassembled and checked. It was found that the damage was mainly caused by the large angle deflection of the bracket boots, which made the clamp cylinder directly press on the cylinder bottom, resulting the inner screw thread pressed. Due to the shortage of the cylinder parts in construction site, unconventional repair mode was proposed by considering the whole project schedule. The arrangement of clamp cylinders less than normal numbers was introduced. The tunnling effect shows that the need for the angle adjustment can be guaranteed with the clamp cylinder reasonably arranged. The experience can be used for the repair work of similar engineering construction equipment.
