摘要: 对南水北调中线穿漳河交叉建筑物进行质量检查时发现,管身段、出口节制闸及泄槽段部分存在混凝土裂缝。根据南水北调工程相关规定,对发现的裂缝进行了分类。经研究决定,对Ⅰ类裂缝采取切槽嵌缝方式进行处理,对Ⅱ类裂缝采取化学灌浆方式处理。介绍了裂缝处理过程及注意事项。处理后,对不同处理方式的效果进行了评价,结果表明Ⅰ类裂缝处理效果较为满意,Ⅱ类裂缝处理效果有待加强。

Abstract:
An inspection to the river-crossing project of Zhanghe River, in MRP of South-to-North Water Diversion, was carried out, and the concrete cracks were found at some parts such as tunnel body section, outlet sluice section and spilling chute section. A classification work was conducted to these cracks according to the regulations of MRP. Through research, the I-class crack was treated by chute-cutting and crack patching, and the II-class crack was treated by chemical grouting. The treatment process and attentions were presented. The effects of different method were evaluated after the treatment, it shows that the I-class crack was treated with satisfying effect, but the mending effect for II-class crack needs to be strengthened.
