摘要: 黄金坪水电站大坝为沥青心墙混凝土坝。为了确定合理的大坝填筑料配合比及施工工艺参数,现场开展了试验研究。主要试验内容包括:沥青参数试验检测,混凝土配合比试验,混凝土拌和出机口温度和混凝土浇注温度和混凝土摊铺及碾压参数的确定等。根据试验结果,参照国家相关技术要求,最终确定了合理的材料及施工参数,为保证沥青心墙混凝土大坝顺利施工奠定了坚实基础。

Abstract:

The dam of Huangjinping Hydropower Station is an earth dam with asphalt concrete core. To reasonably determine the mixing ratio of filling material and construction technology parameters for the dam construction, the field test was conducted. The main test contents include asphalt parameter check, concrete mixing ratio test, concrete temperature at outlet of mixing machine, concrete grouting temperature, concrete spreading and rolling parameters etc. According to the test results and referring to the national standard, the reasonable materials and construction parameters for the dam construction were determined, which laid a solid foundation for the smooth construction of the asphalt concrete core soil dam.
