摘要: 杨房沟水电站是我国首个采用设计施工总承包模式建设的百万千瓦级水电站。主要介绍了该工程岩壁梁普通清水混凝土创样板工程的施工措施及经验。在岩壁梁施工前,施工单位严格执行“首建制”,通过样板工程固化施工工艺,明确清水混凝土施工质量控制要点,制定严格的质量控制措施和保证措施,改进混凝土施工工艺,最终保证了清水混凝土施工质量。相关经验可供类似工程借鉴。

Abstract: Yangfanggou Hydropower Station is the first gigawatt hydropower station built under EPC mode in China. This paper mainly introduces the quality control measures of fair-faced concrete pouring in the construction of rock-bolted crane beam. Before the construction, the contractor strictly implements the "examplary construction system", making the construction techniques fixed, thus the quality control points of the fair-faced concrete construction were defined. Then the strict quality control measure and the guarantee measure were formulated, which can improved the concrete construction craft to guarantee the quality of fair-faced concrete pouring. Relevant experience can be used for reference in similar projects.
