摘要: 国内桥机荷载试验中所需的试块一般采用借用的方式,但对于国外特别是欠发达地区的水电项目,试块的采购和运输费时、费力且不经济。针对上述问题,以越南松邦4水电站为例,介绍了利用液压测力器开展桥面荷载试验的基本原理、主要设备、试验步骤及第三方检测机构的检测过程。试验结果表明,液压测力器法能验证桥机各主要机构的技术参数和安全性能,可供国外水电项目的桥机荷载试验借鉴使用。

Abstract:
The test blocks used in bridge crane loading test in China are usually borrowed from other hydropower plants; however, in abroad especially less developed area, it is difficult and uneconomical to purchase and transport the test blocks. Aiming at this problem, taking the Song bung 4 hydropower plant in Vietnam as a case, the method of the bridge crane loading test by using hydraulic dynamometer is presented, and the basic working principle, main equipment, test procedure and testing process by the third-party organization are also introduced. The testing result shows that the method can verify the technical parameters and the safety performance of bridge cranes, which is a reference to other oversea hydropower projects.
