国家水资源监控能力建设中数据集成方式探讨 ——以辽宁省为例

摘要: 为解决辽宁省国家水资源监控能力建设项目中的数据集成问题,在分析项目需求的基础上,采用数据库层直接集成的实时性数据集成方式,运用数据库规划建库、TI工具、数据导入等方法,完成项目的数据集成任务。上述数据集成方式的综合应用实现了取用水、水功能区、水源地等6方面的数据集成,集成总量达到每日千万条级别。应用结果表明,采用所提出的数据集成方式能很好地完成项目建设任务,对类似项目有一定借鉴作用。

Abstract:

For solving the data acquisition problem in National Water Resources Monitoring Capacity Construction of Liaoning Province, based on the analysis and understanding of the program requirement, the data acquisition was realized in a real-time way of direct integration on the database layer, together by using technologies of building planning database, TI tool, data importing. The comprehensive application of these data acquisition technologies has realized data integration in 6 aspects such as the water consumption, water function zone, water sources area etc., with data quantities of ten millions degree. The presented data integration methods have fulfilled the program construction, thus providing reference for similar projects.
