某水电站导流洞出口侧面边坡变形及防护措施

摘要: 某水电站导流洞出口侧面边坡在开挖期间曾出现量值超过0.5 m的大范围持续变形。为分析并解决该问题,首先对变形监测资料进行分析,圈定变形范围,了解边坡变形过程及主要特征;综合采用工程地质分析、极限平衡分析、数值模拟等手段,研究边坡在不同阶段和不同条件下的稳定特征,重点分析不同类型支护措施对限制边坡变形、维护边坡稳定的作用机制及效果。结果表明:边坡开挖过程中,如不及时有效支护,表层第四系土层会发生滑移;现有支护手段能维持边坡在正常工况下的稳定,但边坡安全储备不够;现有支护措施里面,存在过量支护,部分已施工锚索及锚筋桩对提高边坡稳定性系数意义不大。建议通过在边坡后缘增加抗滑桩、对潜在滑移体进行固结灌浆、加强疏排地下水等措施,提高边坡整体稳定性。

Abstract: Large deformation, more than 0.5m, had occurred at the side slope of diversion tunnel outlet of a hydropower project during excavation. To analyze and solve the deformation problems,firstly the monitoring datum of slope deformation was analyzed, and the deformation scope and main characteristics were found out. Then, engineering geological method, limit equilibrium method and numerical simulation method were used to study the stability properties of the slope under different phases and different conditions,especially the action mechanism and function of various reinforcement measures in slope stability. The research results indicate that without effective reinforcement, the surface soil layer would slide during excavation; the existing reinforcement can maintain the slope stable under normal condition, however the safety reserve is not enough; in the measure taken at present,some cables and anchor piles are redundant. It's suggested that anti-sliding piles, consolidation grouting and underground water discharging be used to increase the stability of the whole slope.
