摘要: 随着长江流域经济建设的快速发展,采砂规模越来越大,长江采砂管理工作已成为各部门关注的重点。三峡水库蓄水后,川江河道大部分位于库区范围,砂石资源分布及开采具有典型的库区特性。提出了川江采砂可行性论证报告编制的主要内容、技术要点和难点。在计算控制开采量时,首次提出把储量厚度、开采厚度、砂石容重以及可利用砂石资源系数等创新性概念应用于采砂可行性论证中,为采砂可行性论证报告的编制提供了新的思路和探索方向。

Abstract: With the rapid economic growth in the Changjiang River region, sand excavation scale is getting larger, so the sand mining management attracts lots of attention from the departments concerned. After Three Gorges reservoir impounded, the majority of the Chuanjiang reach lie within the reservoir area, the distribution and mining of sand and gravel resources possess the typical reservoir characteristics. This paper puts forward the main contents for compiling feasibility demonstration report of sand mining and its technical main points and difficulties. When calculating the controlled exploitation quantity, some innovative concepts were firstly introduced in the report such as reserve thickness, mining thickness, sand and gravel unit weight and available coefficient of sand and gravel resources.
