摘要: 介绍了葛洲坝水电站发电机推力轴承油雾溢出现象及其危害。对葛洲坝水电站发电机推力轴承油雾产生的原因进行了分析。在总结现有油雾吸收装置缺陷的基础上,探讨了葛洲坝水电站推力轴承油雾问题可能的解决办法和措施,并提出了一种防治推力轴承油雾的新思路,即先提高油槽密封的密封性能,将油雾尽量封堵于油槽内;再将溢出油槽的油雾通过油雾吸收装置予以吸收,同时,对低压区域给予补气平压,以减少因压力不平衡而产生的油雾溢出量。研究结果可为葛洲坝电站发电机及同类型机组推力轴承的油雾防治提供一定的借鉴与参考。

Abstract: The phenomena and hazards of the oil mist diffusing of the thrust bearing in Gezhouba Hydropower Station are first introduced. Then the causes of the oil mist generation of the generator thrust bearing are analyzed. On the basis of summarizing the existing defects of the oil mist absorber, possible solutions to the oil mist problem are discussed. A new idea for the prevention and control of the oil mist of thrust bearing is put forward, i.e, firstly, improving the tightness oil tank to seal the oil mist in oil tank as far as possible; then absorbing the oil mist by oil mist absorber, at the same time, aerating the low pressure area to reduce oil mist diffusion due to pressure imbalance. The result can provide a reference for oil mist control of generator thrust bearing of Gezhouba hydropower station as well as the same type units.
