摘要: 根据美国Accusonic公司18声路大口径超声波流量计的技术特点,并结合三峡水利枢纽地下电站30号机组和31号机组的测流需求,建立了一套实时有效的流量测量系统。该系统能实现在线效率计算与分析,并给出了系统的整体设计方案及技术实现;可在系统中对机组流量计装置进行远程控制,也可以通过独立设计的切换箱控制现地单元来读取其他机组流量计装置的换能器所测量到的信号;同时还能结合人机界面进行在线计算水轮机效率、绘制效率曲线及管道流态分布图等。运用该系统,对三峡水利枢纽电站机组进行了现场效率实验,结果表明该系统的测流精度和所提供的数据完全能够满足试验的要求。

Abstract: Given the technical features of the 18 acoustical circuit large diameter ultrasonic flow meters that are manufactured by Accusonic, an US company, and in order to measure water flow for unit 30 and unit 31 of Three Gorges underground hydropower station, a set of real time and effective flow measurement system was established. The system is able to conduct on-line efficiency calculation and analysis. This paper introduces the overall design scheme as well as technical implementation. The system can remotely control unit flow meter device and read the signal captured by the transducer of other unit flow meter through independently-designed locale control unit of switching box. At the same time, we can calculate the efficiency of hydraulic turbine, plot the efficiency curve and the scattergram of the distribution of pipeline flow regime by a human-machine interface, and etc. The system was used to test the efficiency of the units of Three Gorges underground power station, and the test results showed that its accuracy and the data fully met the standards.
