摘要: 顶管施工作为一种重要的非开挖技术,在水利工程与市政工程施工中得到了广泛应用,但目前对影响顶管施工效率因素的研究并不多见。以清水入江二期工程——山洪外引之齐心水库引流工程为例,通过现场勘查和实测数据分析,介绍了复杂地质条件下人工顶管和机械顶管施工效率的变化规律,深入分析了人工顶管和机械顶管施工效率的影响因素,并提出了提升顶管施工效率的相关建议。研究成果可为类似工程中人工顶管和机械顶管的应用提供参考。

Abstract: As a trenchless technology, pipe jacking is widely used in hydraulic and municipal engineering, but at present, there are few studies on the factors that affect the efficiency of pipe jacking construction. In this paper, taking Qixin reservoir diversion project of the second phase project of clear water into the river as an example, the changing law of the construction efficiency of artificial and mechanical pipe jacking under complex geological conditions are introduced, and the influencing factors for the construction efficiency of artificial and mechanical pipe jacking are analyzed. At last, some suggestions are forward to improve the construction efficiency of pipe jacking. The research results can provide reference for the application of artificial pipe jacking and mechanical pipe jacking in similar projects.
