分布式水文模型在华北平原水资源管理中的应用

Application of distributed hydrological model in water resources management in the North China Plain

摘要: 自20世纪80年代以来,地下水过度开采导致了华北平原水位快速下降。在过去几十年里,研究华北平原的大多数水文模型或者只与地下水有关,或者只在局部范围内进行。针对目前为止的研究状况,利用MIKE SHE软件建立了华北平原地表水-地下水耦合的分布式水文模型,模拟主要水文循环过程。利用地下水水头观测数据对模型进行校准(2000~2005年)和验证(2006~2008年)。均方根误差(大多数值<4 m)和相关系数(0.36~0.97)的分析结果均表明了模型校准和验证的有效性。水均衡分析结果表明:大约70%的水通过蒸散发的形式离开系统,29%的水通过地下水开采的形式离开系统。根据分析结果,对华北平原水资源可持续管理进行了深入分析,提出了包括减少蒸散发、南水北调工程调水、节水灌溉技术推广和水质保护相关措施。

Abstract: Since the 1980s, the overexploitation of ground water in the North China Plain (NCP) has caused fast groundwater level decline. In the past several decades, most of the hydrological models only dealt with the groundwater component or simulated at local scales. A coupled surface water-ground water hydrological MIKE SHE model, including all the major hydrological cycle processes, has been developed for the NCP. The model was calibrated with the groundwater head observation data of 2000~2005 and then validated with the groundwater head observation data of 2006-2008. The analysis results of root mean square error (RMSE) (most values lie below 4 m) and correlation coefficient (R) (0.36~0.97) showed the model was effective. The water balance results indicate that approximately 70% of water loss the water system is attributed to the ET while approximately 29% is attributed to pumping. Sustainable water management analysis of the NCP is conducted using the simulation results. Recommendations, including reducing evapotranspiration, the relying on South-to-North Water Diversion Project, water-saving irrigation technologies and water quality protection, are given to the policy makers.
