2020年汛期荆江三口分洪能力及洞庭湖出流变化

Changes of flood diversion capacity of three outlets on Jingjiang reach and outflow of Dongting Lake during 2020 flood season

摘要: 2020年汛期长江流域持续出现了5次洪水,荆江三口分洪能力及洞庭湖出流变化直接关系到长江中游防洪安全。基于此,根据最新实测资料分析了2020年汛期荆江三口分洪能力及洞庭湖出流变化规律,并取得了以下主要认识:(1)与2003~2018年期间相比,2020年7,8月份荆江三口分流量大幅增加,且在枝城站同等大流量下荆江三口分流量有一定程度增大,其中松滋口分流量明显增大,藕池口略有增大,太平口则有所减小。(2)荆江三口分流比与枝城站流量呈正相关关系,2020年汛期枝城流量增至38 000 m3/s以上,三口分流比基本在20%以上,其中7月25日三口分流比最大,其数值为26.1%,分流量高达11 300 m3/s。(3)与2003年相比,2020年汛期在螺山站同等大流量下水位出现不同程度抬高的迹象,可能与该站下游区间入汇流量明显偏大等因素有关;6月13日之前,城陵矶站与螺山站流量比值变化主要受到洞庭湖四水来流的影响;6月14日至9月25日,其比值变化主要受长江干流流量变化的影响,监利站流量快速增加或减小,其比值呈现相反变化规律;监利站流量缓慢变化,其比值变化规律不明显。

Abstract: During the flood season of 2020, there were 5 numbered floods in the Yangtze River Basin. The changes of flood diversion capacity of the three outlets on the Jingjiang reach and the outflow of Dongting Lake were directly related to the flood control safety of the middle reaches of the Changjiang River. Analysis based on the latest measured data was proposed and the following main understandings were obtained:(1) Affected by floods in the flood season of 2020, compared with the period of 2003~2018, the flood diversion of the three outlets on the Jingjiang River in July and August increased significantly; under the same large flow of Zhicheng Station, the three outlets divided flood volume of the Jingjiang River increased to a certain extent, among which the flood diversion volume of Songzi outlet increased significantly, the Ouchi outlet increased slightly, and the Taiping outlet decreased.(2) The diversion ratio of the three outlets was positively correlated with the flow of Zhicheng Station. In the flood season of 2020, the flow of Zhicheng increased to more than 38 000 m3/s, and the diversion ratio of the three outlets was basically above 20%. The diversion ratio of the three outlets was the largest at July 25, with a value of 26.1%, and the flood diversion capacity was as high as 11300 m3/s.(3) Compared with 2003, during the flood season of 2020, the water level under the same high flow of Luoshan Station all rose to varying degrees, which may be related to factor of the apparently large inflow of the downstream section. Before June 13, the change of flow ratio between the Chenglingji station and Luoshan station was mainly affected by the incoming flows from the Xiangjiang River, Zishui River, Yuanjiang River and Lishui River; while from June 14 to September 25, the flow ratio change was mainly affected by the change of the mainstream flow of the Yangtze River. When the flow at Jianli Station increased or decreased rapidly, the flow ratio changed oppositely. When the flow at Jianli Station changed slowly, the change of flow ratio was not obvious.
