基于PSR-MDS模型的水资源承载力评价研究——以河北省为例

摘要: 水资源承载力是评价地区持续发展的重要指标。遵循反映水资源承载力问题本质、对水资源承载力变化敏感、减少重复的原则,从水资源承载压力(P)、支撑力(S)和调控力(R)3个方面确定了12个评价指标;然后根据离差平方和最小原则,运用粒子群优化算法寻找最优的组合系数,将因子分析与熵值法进行组合,综合确定各指标的权重;并通过对综合得分进行相似度结构分析(MDS),客观划分承载力的等级,在此基础上,构建了PSR-MDS水资源承载力评价模型。最后将该模型应用于河北省的水资源承载力研究。研究成果可为类似案例研究提供借鉴与参考。

Abstract: Water resources carrying capacity is an important index to evaluate the sustainable development of a region.This paper determined 12 evaluation indices from three aspects of water resources carrying pressure(P),supporting capacity(S) and regulation capacity(R) by following the principles of reflecting the essence of water resources carrying capacity, being sensitive to changes in water resources carrying capacity and reducing duplication.Then, according to the principle of minimum sum of squares of deviations, the particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to find the optimal combination coefficient, and the factor analysis and entropy method were combined to comprehensively determine the weight of each indices.And the PSR-MDS water resources carrying capacity evaluation model was constructed through the similarity structure analysis(MDS) of the comprehensive score to divide objectively the carrying capacity levels.Finally, the model was applied to the study of water resources carrying capacity in Hebei Province.The research results can provide reference for similar case studies.
