摘要: 为解决农村供水信息化中存在的信息系统设计与建设标准不规范、不统一,数据资产管理和挖掘不深入,系统性应急响应速度较慢等问题,实现农村供水信息化到智慧农饮的转变,构建了数字孪生技术支撑下的一张网、二体系、三层级、四应用、六媒体的智慧农饮体系。提出的具体实现方式为:构建全域感知智慧农饮专题数据库,打造数字孪生智能水厂、数字孪生管网、数字化监管与应急平台。该系统建成后可以充分发挥数字孪生在数据感知、数据集成、人机交互等方面的优势,有效提高农村供水工程安全运行能力和农村供水工作智能监管水平。

Abstract: There are some problems in the informatization management of rural water supply, including: ① the design and construction standards of information systems are not standardized and unified, ② the data asset management and mining are not deep enough, ③ the systemic emergency response speed is slow. The goal of this article is to solve these problems and realize the transformation from rural water supply informatization to intelligence, so as to meet the requirements of improving the level of rural water supply management. This paper built a smart rural water supply system with one network, two systems, three levels, four applications, and six media supported by digital twin technology, and proposed specific implementation methods and steps: ① building universe perception thematic database for smart rural water supply, ② making the digital twin intelligent water plant, digital twin pipe network, and digital supervision and emergency platform. The smart rural water supply system can give full play to the advantages of digital twin technology in data perception, data integration, and human-computer interaction. It has a positive effect on improving the safe operation of water plants and the level of intelligent supervision of rural water supply works.
