摘要: 为提升水文应急监测技术能力,设计了一套集成Web端和手机APP端的水文应急GNSS测流系统平台。基于5G和GNSS高精度定位追踪技术,该系统平台实现了多流速球终端集群测量和多用户在线监测,并具备数据实时查看、轨迹回放查看、数据存储与下载功能,可对观测数据进行计算、分析和统计。试验结果表明:所设计的GNSS测流系统精度指标相对误差小于1%,APP界面简单易操作;各层级用户通过随身携带的手机等终端可随时查看、掌握监测情况,满足水文应急监测需求。

Abstract: In order to improve the ability of hydrological emergency monitoring technology, we design a GNSS flow measurement system platform that integrates Web terminal and mobile phone App terminal. Based on 5G and GNSS high-precision positioning and tracking technology, the system platform realizes multi-point terminal measurement and multi-user online monitoring. It has the functions of real-time data viewing, track playback viewing, data storage and downloading. It can also calculate and analyze the observed data. The test results showed that the relative error of measurement precision index was less than 1%. The App has a simple interface and is easy to operate. It enables users at all levels to check the monitoring situation at any time through mobile phones and other terminals, which can meet the needs of hydrological emergency monitoring.
