武汉市泛后湖地区地面沉降风险评价

Risk evaluation of land subsidence in extensive Houhu area of Wuhan City

摘要: 近年来,武汉市泛后湖地区地面沉降问题已成为制约区域发展的重要因素。为科学管控和有效防范地面沉降灾害,选取累计沉降量、沉降速率、软土厚度、承压水位作为危险性评价指标,以用地类型、建设强度、人口密度、建成年代作为易损性指标,利用MapGIS空间分析功能编制了地面沉降危险性、易损性和风险性分区图。结果表明:泛后湖地区高风险区面积占比约12.82%,主要位于汉口花园、汉口城市广场、新荣客运站周边;较高风险区面积占比约31.61%,主要位于发展大道及后湖大道沿线。最后,以风险评价结果为基础,提出了多角度防控对策。研究结果可为泛后湖地区防灾减灾、城市规划建设和可持续发展提供决策依据。

Abstract: In recent years,land subsidence in extensive Houhu area of Wuhan City has become an important problem restricting the development of the city.In order to scientifically control and effectively prevent land subsidence disasters,this paper select cumulative settlement,settlement rate,soft soil thickness and level of the confined water pressure as the hazard evaluation indexes,and land use type,construction intensity,population density,construction time as the vulnerability evaluation indexes,then a zoning map of land subsidence risk,vulnerability and risk are compiled through MapGIS spatial analysis function.The results show that the area of highest-risk area in extensive Houhu area accounts for about 12.82%,mainly located around Hankou Garden,Hankou City Square and Xinrong Passenger Station,while the area of high-risk area accounts for about 31.61%,which is mainly located along Fazhan Avenue and Houhu Avenue.Finally,based on the results of risk assessment,this paper puts forward multi-angle control countermeasures.The research results can provide decision-making basis for disaster prevention and reduction,urban planning and construction,sustainable development in extensive Houhu area of Wuhan City.
