摘要: 南水北调中线总干渠节制闸精准调度及精确控制对保障总干渠调度运行安全、工程安全、供水安全具有重要作用。以陶岔至刁河节制闸渠段为研究对象,采用水力学数值模拟的方法分析了刁河节制闸退出运行对输水调度及工程安全的影响。结果表明:刁河节制闸退出运行后,陶岔至刁河渠段水面线下降0.18~1.15 m;肖楼分水口分水能力降低,但对实际分水影响较小;渠段衬砌抗滑和抗浮稳定安全系数略有降低,但仍能满足安全需求;陶岔电厂可延长发电时间,增加发电量,提高发电效益。研究成果可为新形势和新要求下南水北调中线工程精准调度提供参考。

Abstract: The accurate dispatching and precise control of the controlling gate of the main channel of the middle route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project plays an important role in ensuring the safety of the main channel operation,engineering safety and water supply safety.Taking the section from Taocha to Diaohe sluice as the research object,the influence of the quitting operation of Diaohe sluice on water conveyance dispatching and engineering safety was analyzed by hydraulic numerical simulation.The results showed that the water surface line from Taocha to Diaohe sluice decreased 0.18-1.15 m after Diaohe sluice quitting operation.The water diversion capacity of Xiaolou water diversion outlet reduced,but it had little effect on the actual water diversion.The safety factor of anti-sliding and anti-floating stability of canal lining slightly reduced,but it could still meet the safety requirements.The Taocha power plant could prolong the power generation time,increase the power generation capacity and improve the power generation efficiency.The research results can provide reference for the accurate and precise scheduling of the Middle Route Project of South-to-North Water Diversion under the new situation and new requirements.
