摘要: 兴隆水利枢纽泄水闸河床为深厚粉细砂,属抗冲能力最小的一类土体,消力池后海漫一旦损毁,河床冲刷深度大、发展快,将直接危及泄水闸安全,因此,必须选择一种可靠度高的海漫型式。受嵌套式植草砖启发,结合工程现场实际,创新设计了一种嵌套式混凝土柔性海漫。新型海漫块体为“H”型,块体相互嵌套在一起,具有整体性好抗冲能力强的特点。块体混凝土强度等级为C25,单块长度和宽度都为48 cm,厚25 cm,施工中采用干硬混凝土挤压成型工艺制作,工效高、块体拼装简单、施工速度快。 工程运行表明,该新式海漫的抗冲性能达到了预期目标。

Abstract:

The foundation of sluice of Xinglong Hydro-complex is a deep-thick fine sand one, with the smallest anti-scouring capacity, so the erosion depth would be large and quickly develope once the apron is destructed, which endangers the safety of the sluice. Therefore, a highly reliable apron type should be studied. Enlightened by the mosaic grass brick, we developed a new type of mosaic flexible concrete apron according to the practical construction condition. The new apron is consisted of mosaic H-shape bricks and each brick is connected with another, which has advantages of well integrity and better anti-scouring performance. The brick concrete is C25 level and made by extraction modeling of dry concrete, with a size of 48cm (length and width) and 25cm (thickness), so the construction of apron is highly efficient and convenient. The project operation practice also shows that the anti-scouring performance of the new apron is satisfied.
