摘要: 多元线性回归模型(MLR)在大坝安全监测中应用广泛,但该模型的残差序列中存在着混沌现象,且在计算中没有对残差进行分析,因而影响了预测效果。采用基于Bernstein多项式的RLS(递推最小二乘法)自适应预测算法,提出了MLRBernstein多项式模型,即利用MLR模型分离出各影响分量,再采用RLS自适应预测算法处理残差时间序列。结合泗南江水电站坝顶水平位移观测资料对模型进行检验,证明模型具有较高的预测精度,且能较好地反映实测值的波动。

Abstract: The conventional Multiple Linear Regression model(MLR)is widely used in dam safety monitoring, but there is chaotic phenomena in residual series in this model, and the residual analysis is not implemented, which will affect the prediction accuracy. In this paper, a new MLR model combined with Bernstein polynomial was put forward by using RLS adaptive prediction algorithm that is based on Bernstein polynomial theory, namely it separates different influential components by MLR model, then uses RLS adaptive prediction algorithm to deal with the residual time series. Moreover, the model was validated by the observation data of horizontal displacement of dam crest of Si'nanjiang Hydropower Station. The validation results show that this model has higher prediction accuracy and can well reflect the actual value fluctuation.  
