摘要: 受混凝土浇筑温控、坝基地质条件及后期养护等因素的影响,浯溪口水利枢纽工程8号坝段混凝土基础作为临时导流明渠底板过流后产生了1条垂直于水流方向的贯穿裂缝。为保证大坝安全,采用在裂缝两侧预钻斜孔后安插对向锚筋和埋设灌浆管的措施进行化学灌浆处理。化灌完成后,对裂缝部位进行压水检查和超声波检测。结果显示:裂缝部位透水率为零,跨缝波速较处理前有显著提高,表明裂缝已充填密实,开裂混凝土粘结良好。该方法适用于处理大体积混凝土贯穿裂缝,可供类似工程借鉴。

Abstract:
Affected by concrete temperature control, geological conditions of dam foundation and post curing, a through crack perpendicular to flow direction was found at No.8 dam monolith of Wuxikou Hydro-junction after its bottom floor was used as temporary water diversion channel. In order to ensure the dam safety, a series of treatment measures were adopted such as inserting anchor bars into the pre-drilled inclined hole at both sides of the crack and chemical grouting by embedding grout pipe. After chemical grouting, the pressure water test and ultrasonic test showed that the water permeability was zero and the acoustic wave velocity passing the cracks increased significantly. So, he crack was filled densely and the cracking of concrete was bonded well. The method is suitable for treating the through cracks of large volume concrete.
