摘要: 通过收集上海某风电场的前期设计资料和建成后3 a的发电数据进行分析研究,对该项目的实际发电表现进行后评价。后评价结果表明,项目设备供应商所提供的功率曲线比较符合实际情况;通过确定部分折减系数的取值,可以说明项目前期论证阶段的综合折减系数要高于实际情况。得益于实施阶段更换了合适的风机,目前设备运行稳定,与项目前期论证阶段相比,发电量提升了28.8%左右,发电能力得到了提高。研究成果可为风电业主开发东南沿海风电项目的前期决策提供参考。

Abstract: With the design data and power generation of three years since operation, the power generation performance of a wind farm project at Shanghai1is evaluated. It is found that the power curve provided by the project equipment supplier is consistent with the actual situation, some reduction coefficients are determined and it shows that the comprehensive reduction coefficients determined in the demonstration stage are higher than the actual situation. Due to proper replacement of the wind turbine in project construction stage, the wind farm operates stably, and the energy output increases about 28.8% compared with the early demonstration stage. The study results can provide reference for similar wind power project in the demonstration stage at southeast coast of China.
