大型水电工程混凝土质量控制与管理关键技术

摘要: 水工结构中大体积混凝土、衬砌混凝土、抗冲耐磨混凝土的设计和施工质量事关电站的长期有效安全运行,其质量控制和管理是保证工程优质高效建设的关键。基于已建三峡、向家坝和溪洛渡水电站混凝土质量控制实践,对混凝土设计技术指标、原材料与配合比、温控防裂、施工工艺等关键技术进行了总结,形成了三峡集团的企业标准并推广应用。对基于数字化、智能化的过程精细管理等进行了案例分析。这些成果将用于在建中的白鹤滩和乌东德工程,也可为国际国内同类工程借鉴使用。

Abstract: For hydraulic structures, the design and construction quality of mass concrete, lining concrete and abrasion-resistant concrete are of great importance to long-term and secure operation of hydropower plants, and the quality control and management on hydraulic concrete is the key point for ensuring high quality and efficiency construction of the project. Based on quality control practices gained from the built Three Gorges, Xiangjiaba and Xiluodu hydropower plants, some key technologies such as concrete designed technical index, raw materials and mix proportions, temperature control and crack prevention are summarized, and the Three Gorges Corporation′s enterprise standards are formed and put into application. A series of case analysis are conducted for fine process management that is based on digital and intelligent technologies. All of these achievements are being applied in Baihetan and Wudongde Hydropower Projects that are under construction, and they also can be used as reference for similar projects both at home and abroad.
