广西西江流域经济-社会-生态系统协调发展研究

摘要: 对广西西江流域经济、社会、生态系统综合发展能力及协调发展水平进行了探讨。结合广西西江流域经济、社会、生态系统三者之间的内在关系,构建出了能够反映复合系统及子系统的时空变化特征、相互作用的评价指标体系,并选取了2006~2016年的统计数据,对广西西江流域经济、社会、生态系统的发展指数、协调水平、协调状态和时序变化情况进行了研究。研究结果表明:① 2006~2016年,广西西江流域综合发展指数呈波动上升的趋势,经济发展指数呈“三级阶梯”发展的格局,社会发展两极分化严重,生态发展指数时空差异大;② 广西西江流域经济-社会-生态系统耦合协调度提升明显,以中低度协调为主;③ 经济-社会系统耦合协调度较经济-生态系统、社会-生态系统要稳定,经济-生态系统、社会-生态系统耦合协调水平偏低。研究结果可为广西西江流域生态文明建设的开展提供理论参考。

Abstract: We discussed the comprehensive development and level of coordinated development of economical, social and ecological system of Xijiang River basin in Guangxi, China. Based on the interrelationship among economy, society and ecology, we constructed an evaluation index system that reflects the characteristics of temporal and spatial changes of the “economical-social-ecological” coupled system and its subsystem. We selected data from 2006 to 2016 to study the development index, coordination level, coordination status and time series of the system. The results showed that: ① comprehensive development index of the Xijiang River basin fluctuated, and the economic development index followed a “three-level ladder” pattern. Social development was seriously polarized, and the ecological development index showed large variations in time and space. ② The coordination level of coupled system significantly was improved, mainly within moderate to low coordination level. ③ Coupling coordination degree of economical-social system was lower and more stable than economical-ecological and social-ecological systems, while the coordination level of economical-ecological and social-ecological systems were low.
