水库水量平衡计算中消除水位跳变影响的过滤算法

摘要: 水量平衡算法广泛应用于水调系统中入库流量计算,但其计算结果受库水位影响较大,常因库水位波动而产生锯齿状震荡。对常用入库流量震荡问题处理方法进行了比较,并对库水位跳变引起的入库流量计算影响进行分析,提出了基于水量平衡的库水位跳变过滤算法。该算法以当前水位最大设计出库流量作为基准,利用水量平衡模型反推时段最大水位下降幅度,从而判别新水位值是否属于异常跳变。该算法判别阈值可根据水库特性和水位值自适应变动,使异常判别更为精准。以槟榔江三岔河水库为例,分析了该算法对库水位跳变处理过程及入库流量计算成果。结果表明,该算法能有效过滤小幅水位下降异常跳变,减轻入库流量锯齿震荡。

Abstract: Water balance algorithm is widely used in reservoir inflow calculation. But it’s easily become sawtooth oscillation caused by water level fluctuation. This paper compares several kinds of methods commonly used in handling this problem and analyzes the influence of abnormal water level fluctuate to the algorithm of reservoir inflow. Then a new method of filtering the water level jump problem based on the water balance algorithm is put forward. The new method uses the maximum outflow of reservoir as a benchmark, and reversely calculates the maximum decline of water level according to water balance model to determine whether the new water level jump is abnormal. The identifying threshold value of algorithm can adaptively adjust according to the characteristics and water level of reservoir, which can make the identifying more accurate. Sanchahe hydropower reservoir is taken as an example, the water jump process and influence of the algorithm on the reservoir inflow are analyzed. The results show that the algorithm can effectively filter abnormal small water level jump, reduce the sawtooth shape of reservoir inflow profile.
