BioWin在三峡库区污水处理厂升级改造中的应用

摘要: 为使三峡库区部分污水处理厂出水水质达到标准,利用BioWin模型软件建立了三峡库区木洞镇污水处理厂处理工艺数学模型,评估了该污水处理厂运行状况并提出了改造方案。结果表明:(1) BioWin模型软件能够较为准确地模拟污水处理厂实际工艺运行状况;(2)由于碳源不足使得反硝化反应不充分,导致该污水处理厂TN去除效率较低;(3)在保持其他工艺条件不变的情况下,将内回流由3 900 m3/d调整为14 000 m3/d后,污水处理厂的TN去除效率提升了11.66%,出水水质从一级B排放标准提升至一级A排放标准。

Abstract: In order to make effluent quality of some sewage treatment plants in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area to conform the national standard,a mathematical model of sewage treatment process of Mudong Town sewage treatment plant was established by BioWin software.Then,operation status of the sewage treatment plant was evaluated and some improving schemes were proposed.The results showed that:(1)BioWin software could be used to simulate actual process status of sewage treatment plants.(2)Low removal efficiency of TN was related to inadequate denitrification that resulted from lacking carbon source.(3)If not changing other processes,the TN removal efficiency could be increased by 11.66%,and the effluent quality reached Grade I-A Discharge Standard from Grade I-B after increasing the internal reflux from 3 900 m3/d to 14 000 m3/d in the sewage treatment plant.
