摘要: 高山风电场建设工程具有施工工作面点多面广、交叉作业多、投资规模大、信息量多而分散、工期紧、任务重、劳动密集、技术要求高、协调难度大、受天气影响程度较大等特点,建设过程中存在管理混乱、信息闭塞、标准化欠缺等现象。为满足高山风电场发展需要,提出了以工程竣工验收管控为目标,以“质量、进度、安全、环水保、档案”为抓手的风电工程管理及控制体系,研发了以工程结算为核心的全方位智慧风电建设管控平台,为风电工程建设业主、设计、监理、施工方、供应商等参建各方提供集成、共享的信息平台。

Abstract: The construction of high mountain wind farm has the characteristics such as multiple and scattered construction sites, many participating units, large investment scale, large and scattered information, tight construction period, heavy labor intensive task, high technical requirements, large impacts suffered from weather, difficult business coordination, etc.Meanwhile, there are some bad phenomena in the construction process, such as management confusion, information blocking, lack of standardization, etc.In order to meet the development needs of high mountain wind farm, this paper proposes a wind power project management and control system with the control goal of project completion acceptance, and with the core of “quality, progress, safety, environmental and water conservation, data and investment management”.Based on this we develop a comprehensive intelligent wind power construction management and control platform with project settlement as the core, which can provide integrated and shared information platform for wind power project construction owners, designers, supervisors, constructors, suppliers and other participants.
