大流量明渠输水工程渡槽闸墩振动机理研究

摘要: 针对长距离输水明渠过渡段水流剧烈波动造成渡槽闸墩异常振动的问题,以南水北调中线工程十二里河渡槽为例,通过长度比尺1∶36的物理模型试验复演了原型闸孔调度过程,分析了与闸墩振动密切相关的水动力要素,从进出口隔墩长度和体型、渐变段布置以及闸孔调度运行等方面对中墩振动机理进行了深入探讨。研究结果表明:闸墩振动主要源于水流横向摆动冲击建筑物及分隔墩末端出现间歇性游离的马蹄涡流态诱导所致;采用优化中墩布置型式、调整进出口渐变段收缩角或扩散角及调度运行方式等措施,可有效降低渡槽段水位波动及闸墩振动强度。研究成果可为大型调水工程渡槽设计及调度运行提供参考。

Abstract: Aiming at the abnormal vibration problem of the aqueduct pier in the transition section of the long-distance open channel under the condition of severe fluctuation of water flow, taking the Shierlihe aqueduct in the Middle Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project as an example, the operation process of prototype sluice gate was reproduced by a physical model test with a length scale of 1∶36,and the hydrodynamic factors closely related to the pier vibration were analyzed.The vibration mechanism of the middle pier was deeply discussed from the aspects of the length and shape of the inlet and outlet piers, the arrangement of the transition section and the operation of the gate.The results showed that the pier vibration was mainly caused by the lateral oscillation of the water flow impacting the building and the intermittent free horseshoe vortex state occurring at the end of the separation pier.The water level fluctuation and pier vibration intensity of the aqueduct section can be effectively reduced by optimizing the layout of the middle pier, adjusting the contraction angle or diffusion angle of the inlet and outlet transition section and sluice operation mode.The research results can provide reference for the design and operation of large-scale water diversion project aqueduct.
