Abstract:

The detecting capacity building is an important component of capacity building for modern emergency rescue team. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the task and the status of Hydropower Engineering Troops, the deficiencies of Hydropower Engineering Troops in implementing the diversified detecting work of emergency rescue task are summarized, such as the single detection means, less information accumulation and limited transport ability. The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of organization building, system building and promotion of new techniques, which can provide reference for detection system building of Hydropower Engineering Troops.
