摘要: 岩石的可钻性是评价TBM隧道施工难易程度的重要指标,其测试方法必须与TBM的设计与施工过程相匹配。因国内的TBM研发及施工技术起步较晚,岩石可钻性测试与评价方法仍以国外的技术为主。通过大量查阅国内外文献,基于常用掘进效率预测模型的需要,从岩石硬度、脆性和磨耗性3个方面对岩石可钻性指标测试与评价技术进行了较为详细的介绍。基于这些测试方法的试验成果,为我国TBM的刀盘设计、刀具磨损及掘进速率的预测提供了基础资料。建议尽快建立我国TBM可钻性实验室及相应数据库。

Abstract: Drillability of rock is an important index to evaluate the difficulty degree of TBM tunnel construction, and its test techniques must match the design and construction process of TBM. The drillability test and evaluation techniques of rock have been still mainly dominated by foreign technology owing to the relatively later development of construction technology of domestic TBM. In this paper, the drillability index tests and evaluation technologies of rock are introduced in detail from three aspects of rock hardness, brittleness and abrasion based on the need of the commonly used tunneling efficiency prediction models. The test results of these techniques can provide basic data for the cutter head design of shield machine as well as the prediction of cutter wear and excavation velocity of TBM in China, and also we suggest to establish a drillability evaluation laboratory and corresponding database in China as soon as possible.
