2018年汉江中下游水华现象的思考与建议

摘要: 我国水华常发生于湖泊等相对静止的水体中,而近年来汉江等流动水体也出现了水华现象,其中2018年的汉江水华影响范围大,持续时间长,具有典型性和代表性。为了预防和治理水华以保障供水安全,基于2018年汉江中下游水华现象监测资料及应对措施,通过分析与考证,提出了一系列思考与建议。结果表明:①2018年的硅藻水华藻密度高、持续时间长、范围广,较为严重,对供水安全造成了威胁,而水量应急调度措施对遏制水华现象有良好作用;②建议将叶绿素a指标纳入国家水质标准中,并分区制定标准限值;建议加强沿岸流域污染防治工作,水厂增加和完善除藻设备,同时建议汉江中下游梯级水库群深入优化水量调度方案。相关措施和建议对河流水华现象的预防及治理有一定借鉴意义。

Abstract: Algae blooms often occur in relatively static water bodies such as lakes. However, algae blooms have also appeared in flowing water bodies such as the Hanjiang River in China in recent years. The algae bloom in the middle and lower reaches of the Hanjiang River in 2018 has a large influence range and a long duration, which is typical and representative. In order to prevent and control water blooms to ensure water supply safety, based on the monitoring data and countermeasures of the typical water blooms, the paper put forward a series of thoughts and suggestions by analysis and investigation. The results showed that: ①The high density, long duration and wide range of diatom blooms in 2018 had posed a threat to the safety of water supply, however, the emergency water dispatching measures had a good effect on restraining the blooms;②It was suggested that chlorophyll-a index should be included in the national water quality standards, and standard limits should be set by considering conditions in different regions. It was also suggested to strengthen the prevention and control of pollution along the river basin, increase and improve the equipment of algae removal in waterworks, and further optimize the water dispatching scheme of cascade reservoirs in the middle and lower reaches of the Hanjiang River. The relevant measures and suggestions have some reference significance for the prevention and control of river algae blooms.
