Abstract: The Danjiangkou heightening works were characterized as large difficulty, multiple contract projects, which brought challenges to the contract management. In combination with the practical contract management work, this paper presents the contract management measures and concrete work method. The project change, difficulties in project change, and the contract processing principles and methods were discussed. In the contract management, the responsibility, right and obligation of all related parties were clearly determined according to the requirements in contract documents and the related laws and regulations, so the implementation of the contract can be promoted and the construction goal can be realized on time.
