南京长江新济洲-新生洲备用水源地可行性研究

摘要: 南京市主城区备用水源地建设对保障城市发展和人民生活具有重要意义。基于南京市水资源特点和水源地建设现状,探讨了封堵长江新济洲-新生洲河段中汊部分作为主城区规划备用水源地的可行性。对该备用水源地的蓄水量、水质和富营养化状态以及主城区需水量、水资源供需平衡进行了分析计算。研究表明,该河段适合作为南京主城区备用水源地;但现状蓄水量不能满足主城区7 d生活用水需求,应对河段进行开挖扩展,以满足主城区居民生活用水需求。研究成果可为备用水源地规划和建设提供一定的科学借鉴。规划实施后,可有效保障南京主城区的用水安全、城市的可持续发展。

Abstract:

The construction of alternative water sources for the main-urban of Nanjing is of great significance to the support of urban development and people's lives. Based on the characteristics of the water resources and water construction situation, the feasibility of the alternative water source of the main-urban by blocking the middle groove on Xinji and Xinsheng bars of Yangtze River is discussed. The water storage capacity, water quality, water eutrophication status, water requirement of main-urban as well as the supply-demand balance of the alternative water source. The results show that the river reach can be used as the alternative water sources, but the water storage is hard to meet 7 days′ livings water demand of main-urban, so the middle groove should be expanded and deepened. The study results provide some scientific reference for the planning and construction of the alternative water sources, so as to ensure the water use safety and sustainable development of main-urban of Nanjing.
