穿行式承重支撑在杨房沟导流隧洞施工中的应用

摘要: 在水电站导流隧洞进口复杂结构部位如何安全、经济地选择适宜的承重支撑施工方法,使其既能满足下部过车交通运输要求,又能达到保证施工质量、减少施工工作量、降低投资、加快施工进度,对工程的整体效益显得极为重要。以杨房沟水电站导流隧洞进口渐变段、闸室三维曲面龙抬头结构体施工为例,从方案比较、系统设计、施工过程控制以及施工效果等方面进行了详细的阐述,着重对穿行式承重支撑系统进行了介绍。其经验对类似承重结构施工具有一定的参考意义。

Abstract:

To allow pass and transport below the scaffolds, ensure the construction quality, reduce construction workload, and accelerate the construction progress, the selection of safe, economical and suitable construction scheme of load-bearing support for complicated structural site at the diversion tunnel inlet of hydropower station is of great important to the general benefit of the project. The transition section of the diversion tunnel inlet and the fall section of three-dimensional curved-surface of the lock chamber were taken as examples, and the support scheme comparison, system design, construction process control and construction effect are introduced in detail with the passable load bearing support as the focus. The experiences of the project can provide reference for other similar bearing load structure construction.
